#27 Quick Note
Not the one I meant to send. Also: the skin care thing I do daily, the new PDX is a wood palace, and I'm back on my Pinterest B.S.
⭕️ Pro Gua Sha Tool Made with Nephrite Jade and designed by Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) expert Sandra Lanshin Chiu, L.Ac, this is one to invest in — and learn how to use properly.1
⭕️ Where’s the Wood From?
⭕️ VERY LITTLE ONES Pinterest got fun for me again when I found out I was pregnant.3
⭕️ The Giver Have you heard Chappell Roan’s new country song?4
We’re going on a road trip!
I meant to write to you about slow home design and layering a space over time and how taste evolves, but that post isn’t quite ready yet and we’re headed out on a road trip and I have a strong sense of obligation to send you something every Sunday even though this Substack is called Some Sundays.
So this is just a quick note to say, I can’t believe these darlings are ready to start thinking about life after high school and we’re hitting the road to visit college campuses.
Happy Spring Break to all who are celebrating,
This one isn’t cheap, but I’ve used it almost every day for over a year, so I think the cost-per-use is reasonable. Also, I just found out that the woman who behind Lanshin is 50 years old??? 🤯 Get on that Gua Sha and moisturizing, friends!
PDX International Airport has had a great reputation for years, but this new terminal is something else. Not only is it a full sensory experience — the texture, the light, the scent of newly cut wood — it’s also the most civilized experience I’ve had going through TSA since before the early aughts. Come visit!
Baby has an outfit inspo board, because this is something I find an inordinate amount of pleasure in.
I love it when the TikToks of her practicing the moves for this song with her bestie come up in my feed. 😊
